Job Summary

You will oversee warehouse operations to ensure compliance with procedures and customer requirements, manage inventory accuracy, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain HSSE standards while performing administrative and ad-hoc duties.

Responsibilities

• Execute warehouse operations on assigned floors following established procedures and customer requirements
• Monitor daily warehouse activities, conduct cycle counts and stock takes, and audit inventory to maintain accuracy
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Traffic, and Warehouse teams to improve operational collaboration
• Ensure adherence to HSSE procedures and regulatory compliance in all warehouse activities
• Perform administrative tasks to process daily inbound and outbound shipments accurately in the system
• Prepare and submit timely reports related to warehouse activities as required
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements through good work practices
• Complete other ad-hoc duties as assigned
