Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers of POS hardware, payment terminals, ordering systems, and related digital solutions
• Manage procurement processes: RFQ, vendor onboarding, contract negotiation, pricing, and ongoing supplier performance
• Build and maintain a solution portfolio tailored to F&B and retail clients (hardware + software + value-added services)
• Identify and develop new business opportunities: prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with merchants and chain operators
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the F&B / retail digital space
• Achieve sales and margin targets while maintaining strong supplier and client relationships

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Procurement, Marketing, IT, or related disciplines
• 4+ years of experience in procurement, business development, or account management, ideally within F&B, retail, or technology solutions
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Commercial mindset with a proven track record of closing deals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with POS systems, payment solutions, or SMS/marketing platforms is a definite advantage
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Senior Officer / Assistant Manager position
