Job Scope
Troubleshoot, repair and maintain electronic and technical equipment.
Diagnose faults in electronic components, wiring, sensors, motors and control systems.
Conduct testing, calibration and preventive maintenance.
Replace faulty components and carry out equipment repairs and adjustments.
Assist with installation, setup and commissioning of equipment.
Read electrical/electronic schematics and technical manuals.
Maintain repair records, service reports and spare parts inventory.
Support engineers with equipment testing and technical troubleshooting.
Requirements
NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields.
Basic knowledge of electronic components, electrical circuits and troubleshooting.
Able to read and understand electrical/electronic schematics and technical manuals.
Hands-on experience in equipment repair, testing or maintenance is an advantage.
Familiar with basic testing tools such as multimeters and diagnostic equipment.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to learn and handle different types of technical equipment.
Relevant experience in electronics, automation or equipment servicing will be an added advantage.
