Job Summary
Prepare authentic Thai dishes while leading kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards and efficient kitchen performance in a dynamic restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare authentic Thai dishes following traditional recipes to ensure consistent taste and quality
Guide and teach kitchen staff on culinary techniques and work scope to improve team skills and kitchen efficiency
Monitor and maintain kitchen performance and standards to meet restaurant quality expectations
Work weekend and holiday shifts to support restaurant operations during peak times
Perform supper shifts until 2am to ensure kitchen coverage and service continuity
Adapt to shift work schedules and demonstrate a strong work ethic to meet operational demands
