- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities and lead production teams to deliver agreed targets for output, quality, efficiency and operating costs.
- Review operational performance, identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions to improve throughput, productivity and process stability.
- Drive improvement programmes across the production area, working with engineering and frontline teams to enhance processes and overall operational effectiveness.
- Develop team capability through structured coaching, skills development and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of cleanroom discipline, workplace organisation, safety and adherence to established operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience managing production or manufacturing operations within a high-volume, precision manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience leading frontline manufacturing teams, including engineers, team leaders and operators.
- Strong understanding of production KPIs, process improvement, productivity and quality management.
- Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions.
