We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in .NET and Angular to join our technology team and support an enterprise client engagement in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying and maintaining scalable software applications. The role involves working across the full software development lifecycle and collaborating with business analysts, project managers, QA engineers and other technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET and Angular.
• Develop scalable, maintainable and high-performance backend services and web applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into effective software solutions.
• Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing and deployment activities.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to software development standards and best practices.
• Develop unit tests and support system and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes and implement corrective solutions.
• Optimize application performance, reliability and scalability.
• Work with databases and develop efficient SQL queries and database-related components.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, business and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in deployment, release and production-support activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools and engineering practices.

Key Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional experience in software development, with strong hands-on experience in .NET and Angular.
• Strong programming experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core.
• Strong experience developing applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with source control systems such as Git.
• Experience with software testing, debugging and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ASP.NET Core / Web API.
• Experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Experience working with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
