Lead all operational, contractual, technical and safety aspects of an assigned cluster.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IFM operations for assigned camps and facilities.
  
• Lead a team of FM Practitioners.
  
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance delivery.
  
• Manage emergency incidents and fault recovery activities.
  
• Ensure contractual response and recovery timelines are achieved.
  
• Lead crisis management and operational continuity activities.
  
• Conduct and supervise root cause investigations for system failures and operational incidents.
  
• Oversee asset management, system health monitoring and obsolescence management.
  
• Manage work proposal development and technical submissions.
  
• Coordinate statutory inspections and certifications.
  
• Manage contractors and specialist vendors.
  
• Ensure compliance with company, statutory, quality and safety requirements.
  
• Support facility transition, asset handover and mobilisation activities.
  
• Maintain customer satisfaction and KPI performance.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or Building Services.
  
• Minimum 5 years IFM or facilities operations experience.
  
• Experience leading multiple stakeholders and service providers.
  
• Experience handling operational incidents and service recovery.
  
• Experience in Asset Lifecycle Management, Condition assessment programmes, Obsolescence management, Technical proposal preparation as well as Management of maintenance management systems (CMMS).
