Lead of team of cloud engineers and provide guidance on issues resolutions

Partner with Cloud CoE, security and application teams to align operations with cloud strategy

Apply expert-level knowledge of cloud-native services (compute, storage, networking, databases, containers, serverless and security)

Own and evolve operational frameworks including incident response, monitoring, patching, backup, disaster recovery and compliance

Lead major incident management and root cause analysis (RCA) for critical cloud events

Develop a library of deployable and documented cloud design patterns, based on the organisation application portfolio, as a basis for deploying services to the cloud

Demonstrate leadership ability to back decisions with research and the “why” and articulate several options, the pros and cons for each, and a recommendation.

Maintain overall industry knowledge on latest trends and technology.

Ensure compliance with enterprise security and regulatory frameworks (MAS TRM)

Proven hands-on experience in designing, deploying in AWS cloud.

Lead cloud security operations in collaboration with security teams.

Drive automation-first operations through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

Define optimal design patterns and solutions for high availability and disaster recovery for applications.

Conduct technical deep dives, operational reviews and incident postmortems

Oversee patch management, vulnerability remediation, IAM governance and policy enforcement
