Overview
The Ecommerce Assistant supports the Ecommerce manager in daily operations of online sales channels, ensuring smooth product listings, order processing, customer service, and marketing activities. This role is essential for maintaining efficiency and enhancing the customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management
Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams.
Order Processing
Handle incoming orders, returns, and exchanges.
Ensure timely fulfillment and accurate delivery tracking.
Customer Support
via email, chat, or phone.
Job Requirements
Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms preferred but not necessary
Working Hours
Work Schedule:
8:30am - 5:00pm
On-the-job training provided for entry-level candidates.
