Job Overview

• Role: Co-Founder & Head of Design
• Location: Singapore (Hybrid / Studio-based)
• Commitment: Full-time

Job Scope

• Shape the overall design philosophy, brand identity, and creative direction of the company.
• Manage high-value residential (HDB, Condo, Landed) or commercial projects from concept to handover.
• Drive business growth by networking, pitching to clients, and securing new contracts.
• Build and mentor future design and project management teams as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Design Leadership

• Oversee all design deliverables, space planning, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
• Ensure design concepts comply with Singapore building regulations, HDB guidelines, or BCA/URA codes where applicable.
• Source sustainable, high-quality materials, furniture, and local artisanal fixtures.

Project Execution & Management

• Supervise site coordination, renovation progress, and quality control.
• Coordinate directly with main contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project budgets, billing milestones, and timeline adherence.

Business Strategy & Co-Founder Duties

• Partner with co-founder(s) on strategic planning, financial budgeting, and company goals.
• Represent the brand at industry events, media features, and client consultations.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for design workflows and client management.
  
  Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience in Singapore, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar).
• Deep understanding of local housing types (HDB, private residential) and contractor networks.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive, leadership qualities, and resilience to build a brand from the ground up.
