Design and run Champion vs. Challenger tests to continuously improve collection strategies and recovery outcomes
Build and maintain MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) tracking portfolio performance and productivity, using SQL primarily
Analyze portfolio trends and collection effectiveness to identify where performance can improve, and translate findings into action
Lead ad-hoc deep-dives to answer emerging questions from Risk and business stakeholders
Strategy Design & Execution
Develop segmentation and treatment strategies for Consumer and SME loan portfolios across the full recovery spectrum — from early-stage outreach to field visits, legal action, and outsourced partners
Support debt resolution programs, including structuring restructuring and settlement options for customers
Shape capacity planning to ensure the right resources are in place to execute strategy effectively
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Coordinate with internal legal teams on recovery actions requiring escalation
Set and monitor KPIs for external agency partners, holding them accountable to service standards
Partner cross-functionally with Risk, Operations, Product, and Technology to enhance processes and systems
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
Strong SQL skills, with experience in MIS reporting and data analysis
2 years and above experience in a data-driven analytical role within a bank or regulated financial institution is a plus
Credit risk or collections domain experience is a strong plus
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of collection strategies, delinquency management, or recovery processes; experience managing collection agencies or familiarity with legal recovery procedures
