岗位职责
Produce quantity measurements within the targeted timeline.
Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractors, preparing REQ based on tender documents and collating quotations.
Negotiation and evaluation of quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers through preparation of price comparison and analysis.
Provide support to ensure completeness and timely submission of the tender bid.
Follow up with post tender clarification and questionnaires when required.
Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payment.
Job Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent.
Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in cost estimation and cost management techniques.
Experience working with AutoCAD and validating from the given drawings.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying.
