• Meat Cutting: Safely operate bandsaw machines and knives to break down, trim, and portion meat cuts accurately to maximize yield and minimize waste.

• Equipment Maintenance: Set blade tension, ensure blade sharpness, and carry out routine adjustments for different meat types.

• Safety & Hygiene: Follow food safety standards, wear required PPE, and sanitize machines and work areas daily.

• Packing Support: Help with weighing, labeling, packaging, and basic production tallying when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating bandsaws in meat processing.

• Good knowledge of meat cuts and butchery techniques.

• Physically fit to handle heavy lifting and cold-room working environments.

• Dependable team player with strong hygiene habits and safety awareness.
