• Retain, grow, and acquire business from competition across the I&L sectors in Hong Kong/Macau.
• Aggressively expand market share by establishing long-term group supply agreements with key corporate accounts in target markets.
• Drive business growth through cross-selling, increased line penetration, and coordination of new site openings for key accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers in designated sectors, coordinating all sales, marketing, technical, and training activities.
• Develop and deliver detailed Annual Sector Plans and Budgets.
• Accumulate and analyze competitive intelligence; monitor and advise the Marketing Team on competitive activities and recommend strategies to maintain market leadership.

• Lead all sales-related activities and manage and coach the sales team to achieve company objectives.
• Identify high-potential employees for succession planning and further development.
• Lead the team in collaboration with Application, Corporate Account, and TS&E teams to establish prospect target lists and ensure proper focus for rapid sales growth.
• Develop and deliver quarterly work plans, coverage plans, and training schedules.

• Meet key customers to resolve service or product application issues.
• Maintain and develop key customer relationships by ensuring needs are met and service promises are kept.
• Develop strong personal relationships and credibility with key customers' top decision makers across all pertinent departments.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (top-to-top) and monthly performance reviews (departmental).
• Conduct training and workshops covering all pertinent capabilities/disciplines per pre-approved schedules.
• Regularly update customers on new products, technologies, and industry-specific market developments.

• Ensure acceptable Customer Satisfaction Levels across all accounts.
• Review Technical Service Reports and make appropriate adjustments to resolve existing and potential issues.
• Review and monitor account receivables and profitability; develop plans for continuous improvement.
• Follow up with Back Office Departments (Supply Chain, Servicing, Installations, Finance) regarding customer issues.
• Manage and coordinate product and program development in alignment with company offerings; work with Marketing and TS&E teams to phase out obsolete SKUs and introduce new products proactively.
• Ensure the company is presented as a market leader and a global, professional organization at all times; ensure compliance with all pre-agreed country customer commitments.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related industry or sales role.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the institutional, hospitality, or food service sectors.
• Experience managing and developing a sales team.

• Leadership & Team Building: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Business Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze product/account profitability, operational efficiency, and value-added programs.
• Technical Knowledge: Adequate product and operations knowledge to engage with Housekeepers, Laundry Managers, and F&B Managers on issues, problems, and improvement areas.
• Financial Literacy: Ability to discuss cost control, benchmarking, and profitability with Finance Directors and Managing Directors.
• Customer Orientation: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation abilities.
• Project Management: Ability to plan, organize, and implement programs effectively.
