Job Summary

We seek a professional for the role of Sales trainer to deliver sales and conduct demonstrations, develop strong client relationships, and drive sales of aesthetic devices and professional skincare to clinics and beauty businesses in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Deliver professional training sessions on professional skincare to clients, ensuring clear understanding of product use and benefits

Conduct product demonstrations, explaining treatment procedures, safety guidelines, and recommended protocols to prospective clients to support informed purchasing decisions

Generate leads, arrange appointments, and follow up on sales opportunities to achieve sales targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, beauty businesses, and key decision-makers to foster customer loyalty and repeat business

Provide hands-on guidance, post-training follow-ups, and ongoing product and technical support to enhance client satisfaction and product effectiveness

Support client presentations, marketing activities, exhibitions, and industry events to increase brand awareness and customer engagement

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, aesthetic technologies, competitors, and sales activities to represent the company professionally and advise clients accurately

Required competencies and certifications

Certification or relevant experience in beauty therapy, aesthetics, cosmetology, or a related field

Proficiency in English, with strong communication, presentation, and sales follow-up skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Previous experience as a beauty trainer, therapist, aesthetic consultant, or beauty and aesthetic equipment sales specialist

Experience in B2B sales to clinics or beauty businesses, with the ability to develop leads and close sales

Confidence working with beauty professionals, clinic teams, business owners, and key decision-makers

Independent, organised, responsible, target-driven, and customer-focused work approach
