Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Developer with 6–9 years of experience to provide technical leadership and deliver AML projects end to end. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle, SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and Unix environments, along with proven experience leading AML application development and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead AML projects end to end, covering requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain AML applications and related components.

  • Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries and database processes using Oracle.

  • Develop and maintain Unix Shell Scripts for batch processing, automation, and system operations.

  • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

  • Troubleshoot application, database, and batch-processing issues and provide timely resolutions.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, QA, infrastructure, and other technical teams.

  • Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development and coding standards.

  • Support application deployment, production releases, incident resolution, and performance tuning.

  • Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.


Required Skills:

  • 6–9 years of relevant software development experience.

  • Strong experience working on AML (Anti-Money Laundering) projects/platforms.

  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead delivering AML projects end to end.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL.

  • Strong experience with Unix Shell Scripting.

  • Good working knowledge of Unix operating systems.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in the banking or financial services domain.

  • Knowledge of AML transaction monitoring, customer screening, and financial crime compliance processes.

  • Experience integrating AML platforms with other banking or enterprise systems.

  • Experience in batch processing and production support environments.

  • Knowledge of application performance tuning and optimization.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience mentoring developers and leading technical teams.
