• Prepare and cook a variety of Western and Japanese dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Handle food preparation including pasta, sandwiches, salads, rice dishes, and Japanese-style cuisine
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and garnishes with attention to detail
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
• Assist with menu development and introduce new dishes when required
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced café kitchen environment
