We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Sales & Business Development Manager
to spearhead growth initiatives, expand market presence, and lead a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and securing major business accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by generating new leads and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching, and closing deals.
Develop tailored business proposals and deliver impactful presentations to prospective and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle, ensuring contract renewals and customer satisfaction.
Oversee service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, pipeline activities, and revenue forecasts to optimize results.
Prepare accurate sales quotations, tenders, and proposals.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing to support the development and execution of annual sales strategies and objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve collective and individual goals.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of proven experience in sales or business development, with managerial responsibilities.
Strong track record of securing major accounts and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently, resourcefully, and manage time effectively.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
Solid knowledge of business development, sales processes, and marketing strategies.
Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and developing a sales team.
