Key Responsibilities:
Maintain an approved vendor list and develop supplier relationships.

Issue Purchase Orders (POs) based on project or site requisitions.

Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery to site.

Resolve delivery issues, shortages, and damaged goods in coordination with site and vendors.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Ensure all procured items comply with company standards and project specifications.

Enforce purchasing policies and procedures in compliance with company and legal requirements.

Requirements:
Relevant certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.

1-2 years of relevant purchasing experience in the construction industry preferred.

Fresh graduates are welcome.

Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills

Knowledge of construction materials and vendor networks

Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
