Job Summary
Responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of MEP works, including tendering, procurement, cost control, subcontractor management and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tendering, quotation evaluation and procurement of MEP packages.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, BQ, measurements and commercial evaluations.
• Manage subcontractor claims, payments, variations and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and ensure commercial control of MEP works.
• Coordinate with project, engineering and site teams on MEP scope and commercial matters.
• Support contract administration, negotiations and resolution of commercial issues.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant QS/MEP experience, preferably with MEP packages.
• Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP, HVAC/ACMV, ELV, Fire Protection or related building services.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, procurement, cost control and subcontract administration.
• Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Experience in infrastructure, rail, industrial, data centre or large-scale building projects is an advantage.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
