An AI venture is looking for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join their team.

Your new role

As a Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Build AI-native productivity applications with proactive workflows requiring minimal user prompting.

• Lead end-to-end ML systems covering data, training, evaluation, inference, and deployment.

• Develop and optimize large-scale model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation pipelines.

• Design reliable, high-performance inference infrastructure balancing latency, cost, and scalability.

• Build real-world and synthetic data pipelines to improve model quality and robustness.

• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to translate AI capabilities into product impact.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade ML systems beyond research and proof of concepts.

• Strong expertise in large-model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and inference optimization.

• Solid software engineering fundamentals with emphasis on scalable, reliable systems.

• Hands-on experience operating GPU-based ML workloads at scale.

• Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems independently with strong technical judgment.

• Focus on experimentation, measurable impact, production quality, and continuous model improvement.
