Position: Digital Asset Assistant (IT) cum Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for an organised, digitally-savvy individual to manage our company's digital assets and IT media systems while also supporting our digital marketing activities across the REGEN group of healthcare entities. This is a dual-function role for someone who can balance back-end asset management with front-facing content work.

Key responsibilities

Digital Asset & IT

• Organise, maintain and safeguard the company's digital asset library (images, videos, brand files, documents)
• Manage file naming, version control, storage systems and access permissions
• Provide basic IT and system support to staff
• Ensure digital assets are backed up and retrievable

Digital Marketing

• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms
• Produce basic graphics, photos and short videos for campaigns and clinic promotions
• Support website updates and online presence
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns and track basic performance metrics
• Ensure all marketing content complies with KKLIU / MOH medical advertising regulations

Requirements

• Diploma in IT, Multimedia, Marketing or related field
• Comfortable with digital asset/file management and basic IT tasks
• Working knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe basics) and social media platforms
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Awareness of healthcare advertising rules is an advantage (training provided)
• Able to work independently across multiple entities
