岗位职责
Provide general administrative and operational support.
Handle calls, emails, and enquiries professionally.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other documents.
Coordinate staff schedules and deployment with employees and clients.
Maintain invoices, timesheets, delivery orders, and operational records.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers.
Maintain proper filing and ensure confidentiality of records.
Support the Operations and Management team
Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Training Provided
Experience with events/project admin is an advantage
Working Location: Aljunied
Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat (9am - 1pm)
Salary: Up to $2800
Able to start work immediate or on short notice
