We are looking for a passionate

Beauty & Skincare Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional facial, skincare, and basic aesthetic treatments

Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments

Recommend appropriate skincare products based on customer needs

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits

Promote and upsell treatment packages, memberships, and retail products

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment

Maintain accurate customer profiles and treatment records

Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements

Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology certification preferred

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred

Knowledge of facial and skincare treatments
