Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented International Student Administration Executive to support international student onboarding, documentation, Student’s Pass administration, records management, and student enquiries.
Responsibilities
Assist international students with enrolment, onboarding, and administrative processes to ensure smooth transitions
Process Student’s Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation accurately and timely
Maintain and update student records, following up on outstanding documents to ensure completeness
Respond promptly to student enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and in person to provide clear information and support
Support orientation programs, attendance monitoring, and general student services to enhance student experience
Prepare official student letters, confirmations, and other administrative documents with accuracy
Assist in organizing school events, graduation ceremonies, and other student-related activities to ensure successful execution
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or Degree holders are welcome to apply
No prior experience required; training will be provided
Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse students
Exhibit strong organisational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail in administrative tasks
Comfortable working with students from various countries and cultures
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications
