JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in
Landscape, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management
, or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in landscape construction or maintenance projects.
Proven experience managing
multiple landscape projects simultaneously
.
Good knowledge of
Singapore landscape standards, site operations, and safety requirements
.
Strong
leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and project documentation.
Class 3 Driving Licence
is preferred.
Able to liaise effectively with
clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities
.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, coordinate, and manage landscape
construction and maintenance projects
from commencement to completion.
Prepare
project schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation
.
Monitor project progress to ensure works are completed
on time, within budget, and according to project specifications
.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
Conduct regular
site inspections
to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety requirements.
Attend
site meetings
and prepare project progress reports.
Identify and resolve site issues promptly and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Monitor project costs and control project expenditures.
Ensure compliance with
MOM, WSH, NParks
, and other relevant statutory requirements.
Supervise and guide
site supervisors and project teams
to achieve project objectives.
Ensure projects meet the required
quality, safety, cost, and timeline
targets.
