Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with customers to understand business objectives, operational processes, and technical requirements.

Design, develop, and deploy customer-facing solutions using the company's platform and products.

Build integrations between customer systems, APIs, databases, cloud services, and enterprise applications.

Create prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-grade software to address customer needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and deployment.

Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to influence product roadmap and feature development.

Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical architectures.

Lead technical workshops, solution design sessions, and customer demonstrations.

Optimize system performance, reliability, security, and scalability.

Support customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, from discovery to production deployment.

Document solution architectures, deployment procedures, and best practices.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a related role.

Strong programming experience in one or more languages such as:

Python

Java

Go

JavaScript/TypeScript

C#

Experience building and consuming REST APIs.

Strong understanding of distributed systems and software architecture.

Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Full-time
