Role Description The Management Associate Program is a full-time role based in Singapore for people who want to build a financial advisory practice, then lead one. You'll manage your own client portfolio; conducting fact-finds, analysing protection and retirement gaps, and presenting recommendations clients actually understand. Alongside the client work, you'll be developed for leadership: structured mentorship from practising advisers, milestone-based progression, and a defined pathway to recruiting and coaching your own team.

Qualifications

• Min. education: A Level or Diploma
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
• Singapore Citizens and PR preferred.
