Job Responsibilities:

Full Spectrum of QS role as listed:

• Tender Documentation
• Take off Quantity
• Prepare Progress Claims / Payment Certification
• Contract Vetting
• Collate Bill of Quantities
• Project Cost Estimation
• Manage project budget

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma
• 2 years of experience in Architectural and ID field preferred
• Meticulous and well-organized
• Able to work in fast pace environment
• Able to work in West area

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $2,900.00 - $5,000.00 per month
