Delivery Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Delivery Technician to join our Operations team.

You will be responsible for the delivery, installation, setup, and basic user training of photocopiers and printers at customer locations across Singapore. This role combines logistics, customer service, and technical support, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy both fieldwork and technology.

No prior industry experience is required. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver photocopiers, printers, and related equipment to customer sites.
• Assist in the installation, setup, and deployment of devices.
• Configure basic machine settings and connectivity.
• Provide basic user training and guidance on machine operations.
• Conduct site checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly after installation.
• Prepare deployment and installation reports after each job.
• Work closely with the technical and service teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Ensure all deliveries and installations are completed safely and professionally.
• Maintain good customer relationships through excellent service.

Training & Development

Successful candidates will receive training in:

• Photocopier and printer installation
• Basic networking and IT setup
• Equipment troubleshooting
• Customer service and user support
• Event deployment and large-scale project support

This role provides a career pathway into Technical Support, Field Service Engineering, and Operations Management.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, ITE, Polytechnic Diploma, or equivalent.
• Comfortable with hands-on work and carrying equipment when required.
• Basic computer knowledge and interest in technology.
• Able to communicate and read English.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and locations.
• Responsible, reliable, and punctual.

Working Hours & Location

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Based at Penjuru Place, West Region
• Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required depending on project schedules and event support.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: S$2,400 - S$3,200 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
