Job Summary
Job Title:
Manufacturing Engineer

Tampines, Singapore
Working Hours:
12-hour permanent night shift, 8PM–8AM
Work Schedule:
4-3-3-4 rotating pattern
Key Responsibilities
Leading
Line Leaders and Operators
to achieve daily production, quality, productivity, and yield targets.
Conducting
daily shift handovers
and escalating production or line issues when required.
Managing
manpower, overtime, and consumables planning
to support production needs.
Ensuring compliance with
manufacturing procedures, safety standards, discipline, and housekeeping
.
Providing
training and coaching
to Line Leaders and Operators to improve performance.
Driving
process improvements and error-prevention initiatives
to enhance production efficiency.
Coordinating with other departments on
projects, evaluations, and preventive maintenance activities
within the fab.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree
in Engineering, Science, Production, or related field.
Willing to work
12-hour permanent shifts
, including permanent night shift.
Experience in
high-tech or high-volume manufacturing
is preferred.
Strong
leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Relevant titles may include
Production Engineer/Supervisor, Shift Engineer/Supervisor, or Process Engineer – Manufacturing.
