Established in 2011, we are a professional Taekwondo school in Singapore offering structured training programs for students of all ages from young children to adults.We are committed to building a positive, supportive, and growth-oriented environment for both our students and team.

DESIGNATION : [Kyunghee Taekwondo Singapore] Operations Manager (Korean-Speaking)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations across academy branches

• Manage student records, attendance, and fee tracking

• Handle parent consultations and communications

• Coordinate team operations and improve workflow efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred: Accounting, Hospitality, Education, or related fields)

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

• Strong communication skills and a high level of responsibility

• Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• (Preferred) Experience in academic or education-related environments

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Working Hours: Tuesday-friday 1pm-9pm, Sat&Sunday 8:30pm-7:30pm (negotiable), Every Monday off
