Core Responsibilities
Client Onboarding:
Welcome new clients, explain cleaning packages, and set service expectations.
Relationship Management:
Make regular calls and site visits to check service quality.
Issue Resolution:
Handle complaints quickly and find fair solutions with the cleaning staff.
Contract Renewals:
Track contract end dates and pitch service upgrades or renewals.
Feedback Tracking:
Collect client reviews and share improvement tips with operations teams.
Daily Tasks
Answer client emails and phone calls about cleaning schedules.
Inspect job sites to make sure cleaners meet quality standards.
Update client records in the company database.
Send satisfaction surveys after deep cleanings or major projects.
Meet with sales teams to discuss client needs and special requests.
Key Skills Needed
Clear communication and active listening.
Strong problem-solving and patience.
Good time management and organization.
Basic knowledge of cleaning standards and commercial contracts.
