Core Responsibilities
- Inspect work sites, equipment, and machinery to find potential hazards
- Enforce safety rules and stop any dangerous work acts immediately
- Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, or near-misses to find root causes
- Run safety training sessions and daily toolbox talks for staff
- Write safety reports and keep logs of audits and incidents
- Update company safety policies to match current government laws
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Environmental Health, or a related field
- Professional safety certifications or local regulatory registration
- Good knowledge of local safety legislation and standards (such as OSHA guidelines)
- Strong communication and training delivery skills
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
