操作員 (BMS Operator)

• 負責執行樓宇管理系統（BMS）的運作

• 負責操作、維修冷水機組及相關機電設備

• 進行每天例行檢查; 定期設備保養工作

• 處理緊急事故及相關查詢

學歷及經驗:

• 中三程度以上

• 持有建造業平安咭

• 持有建設業工人註冊証

• 具備基本英語水平, 應付日常報告工作

• 具備電腦操作技能

• 具兩年或以上相關工作經驗

工作時間:

• 每週工作45 小時 (五天工作)

• 需輪班輪休
