Hiring: SAP Development Lead – S/4HANA Implementation

We are looking for an experienced SAP Development Lead to lead the technical development workstream for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation.

This is a key technical leadership role responsible for RICEFW, ABAP, Fiori/UI5, BTP, integrations and clean-core development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP S/4HANA development and RICEFW/extensions

Drive clean-core compliant development

Lead ABAP, CDS, OData, Fiori/UI5, BTP/RAP/CAP development

Manage integrations, forms, enhancements and technical specifications

Ensure code quality, security, performance and transport discipline

Lead development team and support SIT/UAT and cutover

Preferred Skills

10+ years SAP Development, with 5+ years in a lead role

2+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementations

Strong ABAP/ABAP for HANA, CDS, OData, Fiori/UI5

Experience with SAP BTP, RAP/CAP and API integration

Clean-core and DevOps/CI-CD experience

Public sector/defence or restricted/air-gapped environment experience preferred

Singapore security clearance is an advantage
