About the Company

We are looking for an Operations Engineer, Server & Infrastructure to support the day to day operation, reliability, and maintenance of enterprise server and infrastructure platforms across regional offices.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Windows and Linux server environments and enterprise infrastructure
• Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, vCenter, Proxmox, or equivalent
• Perform OS, firmware, and infrastructure patching, monitoring, and compliance activities
• Manage backup, recovery, and restore testing
• Support Active Directory and related identity services
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents and recurring issues
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and procedures
• Participate in scheduled out of hours maintenance and on call support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production server infrastructure operations

Required Skills

• Hands on experience with enterprise virtualization platforms
• Strong Windows Server and Active Directory experience
• Linux administration experience
• Experience with patch management, infrastructure monitoring, and backup solutions
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Comfortable supporting infrastructure across multiple countries and time zones
