Strategic Sourcing and Cost Optimization: Develop and execute procurement strategies that support the company's operational and business objectives. This involves leading strategic sourcing, cost-saving initiatives, and negotiations to achieve an optimal balance of cost, quality, and delivery for procured goods or services.

Supplier Lifecycle Management: Establish, maintain, and evaluate supplier relationships to ensure performance meets expectations. Lead corrective actions and improvement plans when issues arise.

End-to-End Process Management: Manage the entire procurement lifecycle—from requirement validation, tender evaluation, and contract signing to final delivery—ensuring processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with government regulations and internal company policies.

Risk and Compliance Management: Monitor market conditions and supply chain risks, formulating appropriate mitigation strategies. Ensure procurement activities and contract terms comply with regulations and support relevant audit processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Team Leadership: Collaborate closely with internal departments to support business goals. Lead and develop the procurement team, enhancing the team's overall capabilities.

Pay: $7,500.00 - $11,000.00 per month
