Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess experience, suitability and career expectations.
• Understand clients’ hiring requirements and recommend suitable candidates.
• Prepare candidate profiles and submit shortlisted candidates to clients.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback with clients and candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records in the recruitment system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Achieve individual recruitment, placement and revenue targets.
• Support recruitment campaigns, walk-in interviews and other hiring activities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; recruitment or sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with job portals and social media recruitment.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering or executive recruitment will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
