Basic Function

Provide technician level support to Production Operations and Engineering personnel. Support the resolution to SAG tickets and GEMBA level tasks affecting manufacturing order completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Assemble, calibrate, and test electromechanical equipment (e.g. assembly, calibration and test fixtures) with direction.

· Support daily production issues related to product or production equipment issues that arise and prevent completion of a production order.

· Conduct tests to analyze and troubleshoot product and equipment failures.

· Responsible for monitoring the performance of production equipment as well as testing and implementing upgrades and enhancements to equipment and fixtures.

· Participate in daily Gemba review information to review production performance.

· Support facilities by assisting with maintenance of production equipment on PM system.

· Participate in Company continuous improvement and quality improvement initiatives.

· Willingness and ability to work within a Class 100 clean room environment.

· Work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.

· Create and update operating procedures and other documentation for production area of responsibility as needed.

· Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,237.15 per month
