Supervise and coordinate daily administrative activities, including document processing, filing, data entry, and office management.
Lead and manage a team of administrative assistants, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to meet operational targets.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
Maintain proper documentation for all administrative processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
Train new administrative staff on standard operating procedures.
Handle general office duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
