Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Assistant with experience in restaurant, catering, or food shop environments to support sales and operations in our F&B business. The role requires flexibility to work weekends, after office hours, and night shifts.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with customers to support sales and enhance customer satisfaction

Assist in managing daily sales operations within the F&B business to ensure smooth workflow

Coordinate with team members to support catering and restaurant service activities

Adapt to work schedules including weekends, after office hours, and night shifts to meet business needs

Apply knowledge of restaurant and catering environments to contribute to sales management tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience working as a Sales Assistant in the F&B industry

Experience in sales management and operations within F&B-related businesses

Familiarity with Bangladeshi and Indian restaurant cuisine and operations
