What You'll Be Doing ?

Sales Support Assistant:

• Collect Service Report / DO
• Check Stock Status for repairing job.
• Check email & handled office incoming call.
• Post Technician Daily Schedule and inform arrangement.
• Prepare DO for Next day.
• Arrange Equipment / Transportation.
• In out App's Data.
• Process SO & Dispatch Note.
• Flex Documentation (PM).
• Find files.
• Post Breakdown to THES.
• Issue JSA/RA/HIRARC/PTW for technician to attend job.

What You’ll Need To Have :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Computer literate, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales support, admin, or related field.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with customers and internal teams.
• Possess own transport.
• Based in Bandar Cassia, Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Able to coordinate, follow up, and support sales team operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales support: 1 year (Preferred)
