Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing, maintaining, and controlling all company documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility.
• Ensure that only the latest approved documents are available for operational use while maintaining document history, revision control, and compliance with company standards, ISO requirements, and customer specifications.
• Maintain and control all controlled documents, including SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), Forms, Procedures, Specifications, and Technical Drawings.
• Ensure all documents are properly reviewed, approved, distributed, and archived in accordance with document control procedures.
• Maintain the Master Document List and ensure all document revision statuses are up to date.
• Maintain both electronic and hardcopy document filing systems.
• Support compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and other applicable management system requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Warehouse, and HR departments regarding document updates.
• Assist departments in preparing new procedures, work instructions, and forms.
• Other additional work tasks or additional roles assigned by the superior

Job Requirements

• Strong organizational and document filing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of document management systems (DMS), SharePoint, or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in document revisions.
• Ensure audit findings related to document control are closed within the required timeframe.
• Maintain the Master Document List with 100% accuracy.+

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
