We are looking for a hands-on AWS Cloud Support Engineer responsible for the reliability, security and performance of our cloud platform. You will support production systems spanning web applications, edge delivery, cloud infrastructure, container platforms and distributed services. This role requires a hands-on engineer who understands why infrastructure is designed a certain way not just how to configure individual technologies. You will work closely with Software Engineering, DevOps and Product teams to solve complex production challenges and continuously improve the platform. This role is on a rotation shift basis which includes public holiday, weekend.

• Provide 24/7 Level 1 support to the company's infrastructure to ensure smooth operation and fast recovery to incidents. 
• Operate and continuously improve overall infrastructure  to ensure a  secure, scalable and highly available cloud platform.
• Own production troubleshooting across the complete request lifecycle—from browser to backend services.
• Support Linux-based production environments, container platforms and distributed application services with AWS ECS ecosystem.
• Work closely with DevOps teams by understanding CI/CD workflows and assisting with deployment-related production issues.

Demonstrated understanding of modern web technologies beyond day-to-day operational hands-on expertise, candidates should be comfortable reasoning and troubleshooting from web functionality to end-to-end infrastructure components:

• CDN cloudflare ecosystem from Workers to different rulesets
• AWS networking ecosystem ALB, NLB, Api gateways, cloudmaps, DNS
• AWS ECS ecosystem such as service connect, service delivery, fargate, autoscaling, execution roles, etc
• Docker creation and management
• RDS, MongoDB, MQs
