Job Description:
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing sales activities for textile products, including fabrics, curtains, bedsheets, bedspreads, pillowcases, and other textile products. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing quotations, negotiating sales, and achieving company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Identify new customers, markets, and business opportunities.
Manage existing customer relationships and follow up on enquiries and orders.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and secure sales.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to fulfil customer orders.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Handle customer feedback and resolve sales-related issues.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates.
Promote new products and support business development activities.
Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, and trade events when required.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of textile products and manufacturing processes.
Good sales, negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
Strong business development and problem-solving abilities.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales-related documentation.
