Job Summary

You will independently manage day-to-day accounting and administrative functions to ensure accurate financial records and smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete sets of accounts to maintain accurate financial records

• Submit financial, sales, GST, and other ad-hoc reports punctually to meet deadlines

• Manage daily accounting operations ensuring timely and accurate transaction recording

• Verify daily sales collections and ensure timely bank deposits

• Enter invoice details promptly into CRM and accounting systems to maintain data accuracy

• Coordinate courier services for incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently

• Prepare daily job lists and invoices for installers to support operational workflows

• Process monthly payments to delivery personnel and installers accurately and on time

• Manage petty cash for staff expense claims and leave applications with accountability

• Collaborate with departments to provide comprehensive administrative support

• Oversee office premises maintenance, cleanliness, and security, and source vendors for office and pantry supplies

• Perform basic office administration and HR duties to support organizational needs

• Execute other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support business functions

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience

• Proficiency in MYOB accounting software

• Competent in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong initiative and responsible work attitude

• Effective written and oral communication skills

• Meticulous, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently
