About the role

Veterinary Assistant position at a broiler breeder farm, responsible for assisting in monitoring and managing the health and biosecurity of the farm operation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and managing the health and biosecurity of farm
• Observe daily flock conditions including mortality, feed and water intake, and bird behaviour
• Support implementation of vaccination, medication, and biosecurity programs according to SOP
• Supervise farm workers to ensure proper handling of birds and compliance with hygiene standards
• Report any health issues or abnormal conditions to management and assist with corrective actions
• Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time

About you

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Animal Health, Animal Science, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willing to work and stay in Selama, Kedah
