**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of events and projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational abilities and thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments.



**Job Description**


Coordinate event schedules, manpower, materials and logistics.


Work with design, carpentry, logistics and operations teams to deliver events smoothly.


Coordinate suppliers, deliveries, setup and teardown.


Support corporate events, exhibitions, roadshows and activations onsite.


Assist with promoter scheduling, event expenses and project documentation.


Handle last-minute changes and ensure events stay on schedule.
Applicants must have existing eligibility to work in Singapore or meet the applicable Work Permit requirements



**Job Requirements**

• Minimum Diploma in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail and time management skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively in multicultural teams

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as required; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
