What you will do:

• Direct commissioning for mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
• Review M&E design docs for new and retrofit builds.
• Draft test procedures aligning with Uptime and ASHRAE guidelines.
• Manage multi-discipline consultant and Tier-1 sub teams on site.
• Enforce strict safety and quality standards across all packages.
• Drive full load integrated testing and smooth operational handover.

Experience you need / About You:

• 12+ years of data centre commissioning and delivery experience.
• Open to candidates from PMCs, client teams, main contractors, or Tier-1 subs.
• Strong engineering degrees considered in lieu of long experience.
• Excellent daily communication, client-facing leadership, and paperwork skills are essential.
• Excel at multi-disciplinary team alignment and project controls.

Nice to have / Bonus:

• PMP certification
• Data centres experience
• Prior hyper scale or mission-critical facility delivery.
